LAVALE: The Maryland Office of the State Fire Marshal claimed that around $100,000 worth of damage was caused by a pickup that caught fire on Saturday near the Sheetz gas pumps on Winchester Road.
According to authorities, Tyler Griffin’s 2013 Ford F-150 was completely wrecked. The truck’s engine compartment caught fire, resulting in damage estimated at $30,000.
This incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. without any injuries. In roughly ten minutes, LaVale and Cresaptown firefighters put out the fire.
