They Are Not All Alone In Their Sorrow

Raine Apologized For The Event

A man from Indianapolis has been accused of his possible involvement in the collision. Joshua Raine was accused by the prosecution of fleeing the scenario of an accident that caused fatalities or serious injuries.

Seven days following the collision, a charge was made. Detectives discovered on October 11 that Raine had reported a collision he was involved in on Cumberland Road to police headquarters. He told police that after hitting something, he slowed down and checked his rearview mirror, but nothing was visible.

He then spotted another automobile behind him that did not stop, leading him to believe that he had struck a deer. During the interrogation, Raine showed signs of distress and apologized for the event, according to the detectives. If Raine had known he had hit Rivera, he supposedly would have stopped.
