NORTH – In the 2024 provincial election, Jordan McPhail will represent the Saskatchewan Democratic Party in the Cumberland riding. He claims that if elected, McPhail will work to retain the seat held by Doyle Vermette, a longtime member of the NDP Cumberland.
La Ronge, Saskatchewan, is where Jordan McPhail was born and reared. He is still a proud husband, parent, and community leader. McPhail has been a town councillor for seven years.
Bringing necessary changes
During that time, he has chaired the Regional Fire Department, served on the boards of community groups, and served on several council committees, advocating for his community and bringing about necessary change.
McPhail claims that he is politically active because he recognizes that Northern Saskatchewan will benefit from healthcare, opportunities, and respect if a strong Northern New Democrat is elected. He is thrilled to carry on Doyle Vermette’s 16-year advocacy for this cause.
