The Alpharetta Public Safety Department is trying to find Halo Perkins, age 31. She was last seen at her parents’ house on Dartmore Avenue at approximately 3 p.m. on November 21.
Perkins, who has brown eyes and black hair and a pre-existing medical problem, also goes as “HD.” They have classified her as a “critical missing person.”
