COUNTY LANCASTER: An additional school resource officer is being added to the security team of the Lancaster County-based Hempfield School District.
The police officer from East Hempfield Township will divide his time between Hempfield High School, Landisville Middle School, and Centerville Middle School. He’s scheduled to begin in January.
According to police, Hempfield’s “amazing” security personnel are “dedicated and passionate about youth and school safety.”
