Cumberland: Due to several complaints from the public and allegations of nuisances, Cumberland City Police Department officers enhanced patrols in the vicinity of George Washington Headquarters and the Western Maryland Train Station on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
3 Individuals Of Cumberland Got Arrested
Three people were taken into custody as a consequence of many infractions that were noticed throughout the patrols. The subjects in each event were released pending trial after receiving criminal and/or civil citations.
Three individuals have been charged with various offenses: trespassing on posted property, possessing CDS paraphernalia, and open container of alcohol and indecent exposure. Angela Deanne Guinn,57, is accused of these offences. Brian Edward Conn,54, is charged with the same offences.
