At one of Sabrina Carpenter’s latest tour stops, things became a little “strange” when Millie Bobby Brown approached the audience and was amusingly put under “arrest” by the “Taste” singer. On Tuesday, October 22, Brown was with her Stranger Things co-star and close friend Noah Schnapp at the Atlanta leg of Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour.
The 25-year-old singer spotted the star and decided to put her under arrest for being “too hot,” according to E! News. Carpenter spoke out to the applauding throng, “I’m really distracted right now because I see this gorgeous girl,” drawing their attention to Brown. She said, “I’ve never fallen in love at a concert before, but stranger things have happened.”
Under arrest being too hot
When Carpenter remarked that she was simply “too beautiful” and the jumbotron announced, “You’re under arrest for being too hot,” the 20-year-old Enola Holmes actress played along, raising her wrists and yelling, “Please!” Social media users also posted videos of the event.
As she joked, “Now I just feel like my clothes are embarrassed,” the “Espresso” singer changed her attire during the staged discussion, eschewing her long yellow skirt for a shorter one. How have you treated me? Don’t let my skirt slip off in front of so many people, please. As Schnapp looked on in wonder in the background, Carpenter concluded the playful exchange by dedicating her song “Juno” to Brown and giving her a pair of fluffy pink handcuffs.
Carpenter’s alleged boyfriend Barry Keoghan was another notable visitor who attended the show. Wearing what seemed like a jersey with her face on it, he was spotted cheering his girlfriend from the audience. The Irish actor had the greatest response to one of her flirtatious lyrics at a recent Short n’ Sweet performance.
