A missing person who was last seen around Lakefield Drive and Country Club Road is being sought by Wylie Police, according to officials. A man notified his wife about missing, and the Wylie Police Department arrived at the 100 block of Parkwood Dr. at around 6:30 a.m.
Melonie Ballenger, 45, has been recognized by the police as the woman.
Melonie Ballenger’s Whereabouts
Ballenger last appeared at home on November 3 at approximately 10 p.m., according to the police, and she left without taking her phone or car.
According to the police, she walked out of her house. According to a news release from the police, Ballenger is 5’7, 135 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair. Ballenger’s attire when she departed is unknown.
The Texas Department of Public Safety aircraft, K9 search dogs, and investigators combed the region for many hours on Monday without finding anything.
To find out if there is any film of Melonie in the region, local residents are encouraged to check their outdoor camera footage between the hours of 12 and 6 in the morning.
